Retaining good talent in our industry can take a concerted effort. As a leader, make an effort to model behaviors that encourage employees to learn with you and stay with you for the duration. Welcome them. Make time for them. Pass on your knowledge. You can provide amazing training, but without a supportive environment, you may lose them to another team!
