Independent insurance agent satisfaction with carriers is at an all-time high, according to the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Independent Agent Performance and Satisfaction Study.
The overall satisfaction score for agents specializing in personal lines is 750 (on a 1,000-point scale); the score for those specializing in commercial lines is 740. Both are up significantly from last year.
